Maurten GEL 100 - Box of 12

The Gel 100 uses unique hydrogel technology and all natural ingredients, with no added colourants, preservatives, or flavourings, to help you absorb 25g of carbohydrate per serving. The gel is fast acting and can be used before, during and/or after your most intense activities.

Energy Consumption
Studies have shown that the body can use about 60g of ingested carbohydrates per hour in the form of glucose or maltodextrin (glucose polymer). Meanwhile, the Gel 100 uses a 0.5:1 combination of fructose and glucose/maltodextrin which allows the uptake of 90g per hour.

Directions for Use
Consume the gel minutes before, during, and/or directly after activity.
